Wwi Us Model 1917 Bayonet Scabbard KnifeWwi u. S. Modle 1917 bayonet scabbard. Fits remington or winchester bayonets for p14/p17 enfield rifles and winchester model 97 trench gun.
Will also fit model 1905/42 bayonets. This is the frst type model 1917 scabbard with the maxim designed leather patch attachment. Maxim design was the first one used to attach the m1910 brass wire hook for mounting. Leather body with metla throat and drag. Leather pathc stamped g&k (graton&knight) over 1917.
Metal throat and drag stamped ms. This scabbard is in most excellent condition and retains almost all of its original olive drab paint. Plesae see pictures. I will ship ni usa only. Godo luck james.
