Us M1917 A1 Helmet

Army m1917 a-1 helmet. This is a wwi helmet re-issued to the army and marines in the south pacific in the early years of wwii until supplies were exhausted in 1942. This helmet has about 98% orignial paint still in tact w/ sand finish, leather liner and canvas chin strap with quick release buckle. Leathre is soft and shows minimal wear. Overall conditino is excellent. This item has been a part of my personal military collection.
